Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the show?
A: Downtown Live is a rain or shine event.
Q: Where should I stay if I'm coming to the concerts from out of town?
A: Downtown Live has a special arrangement with The Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree, which is just a couple of miles from the event. You may call 919-881-0000 or 1-800-EMBASSY and ask for the Downtown Live rate or you can book online at www.RaleighCrabtree.EmbassySuites.com and enter the group/convention code DLP to receive the special Downtown Live rate.
Q. Where do I park?

There are a number of parking decks within a block or two of Moore Square Park. Two of them are located directly across from the park. The easiest way to find parking is to look for these signs when you get near Moore Square Park. These signs indicate public parking facilities.
Q: How much does it cost to get into the concert?
A: Downtown Live is a FREE event. There is no cover charge and no ticket is required for admission.
Q: Can I bring my kids to Downtown Live?
A: Absolutely. Downtown Live offers a Kid's Zone that is FREE at each show from 2-7pm. Strollers and diaper bags are welcome, but be advised that coolers and outside food (for adults) are not allowed in the park; so bring only what you need for your kids.
Q: What am I allowed to bring into Downtown Live?
A: Disposable cameras, umbrellas, supplies needed for children, one unopened bottle of water, blankets, and low seating or portable 'camping' style chairs.
Q: Are there any items I am NOT allowed to bring into Downtown Live?
A: No pets, bags, coolers, picnics, recording devices, roller blades, bikes, professional camera devices - this includes any camera with a detachable lens, or alcoholic beverages may be brought to Moore Square Park during Downtown Live.
Q: What is the camera and video policy for these events?
The use of audio, video or digital recording devices are prohibited except for accredited members of the media. No professional cameras (with detachable lenses) are permitted for Raleigh Downtown Live events (unless otherwise noted on the website) and only standard point-and-shoot cameras will be permitted. Note that show personnel reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Please be prepared to return your camera to your car if personal photography is not permitted. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Raleigh Downtown Live and the Artist.
As a general rule, professional cameras are not allowed at Raleigh Downtown Live events. Why? The camera policy is determined by the touring management of the performing artist(s) that particular day. It is different for every Artist that comes into Moore Square Park. If cameras are allowed, you usually are allowed to bring in a small, non-professional camera that does not have a detachable lenses.

Q: What items are available for sale at Downtown Live?
A: Beer, wine, soft drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, barbecue, ice cream, and much more are available for sale.
Q: How old do I have to be to attend Downtown Live?
A: All ages are admitted.
Q: Is taping allowed at the concerts?
A: No video or digital audio taping is allowed.
Q: How many bands perform at each event?
A: There are at Six or Seven artists performing at each Downtown Live event. The first act starts around 2pm each day and the last act ends around 11pm.
Q: What time do the gates open at each concert?
A: 2:00 P.M.
Q: I lost something at the concert, where can I find it?
A: Any articles turned into the lost and found will be at the Information Booth at the following month's show. Should we find an item with identification, we will make every attempt to contact you. If you want to make an inquiry about a specific item, please e mail a description of the item and the date that you lost the item to info@raleighdowntownlive.com
Q: Are there ATM Machines on-site?
A: Yes, there are two ATM Machines inside the park, in addition to several ATM Machines at surrounding businesses.
